Fight Shape

If you haven't had a chance to read it yet, check out this article that the Star Tribune wrote about the Fight Shape classes that Lifetime Fitness offers. I teach Fight shape on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4pm.

The photo above is the one photo of me that made it into the online article. The star tribune had planned to attend my class and to film it for this story - but unfortunately, the camera man got lost and missed my class and they didn't have time to reschedule it before the deadline of this article. So bummer that my class didn't get to be filmed, but still a great article.
